The expectation we have of managers and our careers are in the hands of the relationships we build. Be aware of the type of manager you have and adapt around them utilising their strength and yours. It's so important to not have any expectations of management as this can have a detrimental impact on what you believe you should have. Have self awareness of what needs to be done and do it without this thought and you'll learn to be much happier.

We all love such a busy lifestyle of skiing so many things and during so many things into a day. At such a special time we all find ourselves overcome with boredom due to being stuck at home. Try to be one with yourself and let go of the fact that we can ease off and not judge ourselves during these times. Meditate, learn a new skill or simply play games and read books. Every action has something positive to contribute to your life.
